We’ll Be There For You

We believe in long-term relationships. And we know that every relationship is different. That’s why we offer three levels of support to our customers – Basic, Premium, and Customer Care. Each option provides you with access to our product and industry specialists, so you can rest easy knowing you have our years of experience standing behind you. Choose the plan that’s just right for your business:

BASIC SUPPORT

Our base support plan covers product maintenance and telephone support, including:

  • Access to a Help Desk Product Specialist during normal support center operating hours
  • Guaranteed 2 business hour response time
  • General support for product usage, product errors, bug fixes
  • Remote connection for online support
  • Delivery of software upgrades, patches and fixes

PREMIUM SERVICE SUPPORT

If you find your company needs a little more help than our Basic plan provides, Premium Service support offers everything covered under Basic Support plus:

  • One hour guaranteed response time with escalation and reporting
  • Off-hour emergency escalation
  • Help with accounting inquiries related to the software’s functionality
  • Guidance with limited general accounting questions and problems

CUSTOMER CARE

Our highest level of support offers a full range of individualized assistance designed specifically for your company. PAS will, in effect, become the back office help desk for your organization. We will develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of your internal processes, procedures and best practices, and respond to product, accounting, or policy questions based on your company’s unique requirements.
