Bill is a CPA who brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Information Technology and Management, specifically related to hotels and casinos. With a strong focus on business operations and internal processes, he has an extensive skill set and knowledge base of applications, integration, best practices, accounting, and interfaces. With over 500 hospitality systems successfully deployed, he has been intricately involved in all aspects of business analysis and solution implementation, from conceptual development through modeling, audit and support. He is an active member of HTNG and is a key member of the Property Web Services Workgroup - Back Office Integration Team. He also participates actively in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Society of Certified Public Accountants, the HFTP, AHLA, and the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants where he previously served as chairman of the Business Information Systems Committee.
Tina has been an integral team member of PAS since its inception in 1987. As Director of Professional Services, Tina manages a team of expert consultants and technicians to deploy and support hospitality solutions at hotels and casinos globally. This encompasses client needs analysis, project management, database configuration, data migration, systems integration, end user training, and more. Tina has extensive experience with Infor SunSystems 4.26, 4.33, 5.31 and Q&A. She holds a degree in Management Information Systems, and is certified in Hospitality Industry Managerial Accounting by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Overseeing the PAS Help Desk, Christine is responsible for insuring our clients receive comprehensive services and support, when needed. A CPA, Christine has been with the company since 1992, and helped develop and coordinate the creation of the policies and procedures still in use for our support service offerings. Her troubleshooting expertise goes beyond basic program questions, encompassing a range of hospitality specific accounting issues, including reconciliations, consolidations, revaluation and multicurrency problems, local and government reporting requirements, and much more. Christine is also responsible for client contracts and billing administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, and is certified in Hospitality Industry Managerial Accounting by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
PAS has recruited the brightest, most experienced IT talent, with specializations in networking, databases, development, and systems administration. These experts form the core of a team of professionals that manage our hosted data centers, develop commercial and custom software, and provide remote installation and troubleshooting to our many help desk customers.
PAS developers are individuals with experience designing and implementing end-to-end applications and services on the Microsoft Windows platform using the latest development tools and technologies. Our developers are knowledgeable and certified in the design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft SQL Server database solutions and in developing applications and components that target the Microsoft .NET Framework. PAS applications are designed for operation in the latest Windows server and desktop environments and PAS has ensured that our flagship products have undergone rigorous testing, both internally and by 3rd parties, to ensure that we produce only the best quality software products featuring clean user interfaces, easy navigation, and integrated help systems.
PAS support technicians receive advanced technical training in both hardware and software diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair. Our professionals are Dell certified in the diagnosis and repair of Dell servers, storage, and network equipment and solutions. Technicians are recruited for their experience but continue to acquire new and hone existing skills in support of our 24/7/365 data centers and help desk.
PAS systems administrators are experts in their field in planning, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Windows Active Directory domain environments and focus specifically on technologies relating to high-availability and load balancing to meet customer demands of our 24/7/365 hosting data center. Our administrators are Microsoft Certified Professionals that engage in proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest availability of service and most efficient usage of resources to ensure a highly available and high performing experience for our hosted customers.
